Accenture Off-Campus Drive 2024 Hiring Experienced Candidates for Service – Sprinklr Consultant
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction Solutions:
- Design and deliver solutions across multiple interaction channels (IVR, web, email, chat, SMS, social media).
- Focus on enhancing customer and employee experiences using AI-powered solutions.
- Sprinklr Implementation:
- Plan, design, and configure the Sprinklr platform.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Sprinklr CXM.
- Integrate Sprinklr with enterprise systems.
- Technical Expertise:
- Handle configurations for Voice, Email, Chat, Video, social media, and messaging services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and CCaaS platforms like AWS Connect, Genesys Cloud, Nuance, CXone, etc.
- Project Execution:
- Work on complex and high-paced transformation projects.
- Ensure smooth implementation for Fortune 500 companies or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Engineering degree or MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
- Technical Skills:
- 2-8 years of experience in designing and implementing multichannel solutions on Sprinklr.
- Functional expertise in both Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Social) applications.
- Certifications and hands-on expertise with Sprinklr tools.
