Technical Skills:
5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS
Design and implement user interface components and workflows that offer a seamless experience across platforms.
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to transform design specifications into high-quality front-end solutions.
Optimize performance and ensure responsiveness across different devices and screen resolutions.
Mentor and guide junior UI engineers by conducting code reviews, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the platform remains state-of-the-art and competitive.
Contribute to UI/UX improvements, enhancing both the appearance and functionality of our applications.
Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web standards.
Strong experience in building responsive, cross-browser-compatible web applications.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
Familiarity with API integration and RESTful services.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.
Problem-solving mindset with a passion for creating intuitive, visually appealing user experiences.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
