Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for experienced and versatile Senior Software Engineers to join our growing team in Meerut. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications using Core PHP, MySQL, and other modern technologies. Ideal candidates will have a strong development background, a passion for innovation, and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop & Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain software solutions leveraging Core PHP, MySQL, and other relevant technologies like Node.js, React, Python, C/C++, Yii Framework, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features and functionalities.
Code Quality & Reviews: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting peer reviews to uphold coding standards.
Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software defects promptly to ensure seamless functionality.
Technology Research: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to incorporate into development processes.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5-12 years in software development with proven expertise in Core PHP and MySQL.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Core PHP and MySQL is mandatory.
o Preferred knowledge of Node.js, React, JavaScript, Python, C/C++, and Yii Framework.
o Strong understanding of database design and optimization.
o Familiarity with software engineering principles and best practices.
Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Adaptable, team-oriented mindset for a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information
Work Schedule: Six days a week, with one Saturday off per month.
Compensation Structure: Experience (in years) x (+/-1 LPA based on skill and fit).
Location Preference: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
