Job Description

Requirements For Associate/ Sr. Associate Sales & Operations:

Inbound Sales
1. Handle incoming sales inquiries and convert them into successful leads.
2. Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and chats to provide information on products and services.
3. Guide prospects through the product features and assist them with the application process.
Outbound Sales
4. Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls to generate new leads.
5. Follow up with interested leads and guide them through the sales funnel to close the deal.
6. Maintain a database of prospects and update it with the latest interactions and progress.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Compliance

1. Collect and verify customer documents for KYC as per regulatory requirements.
2. Ensure all documentation is complete and in accordance with company policies.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer identification and documentation.

Loan Disbursal

1. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of approved loans.
2. Assist customers with the disbursal process, providing necessary information and support.
3. Ensure that loan agreements and other formalities are completed efficiently.

Coordination with Internal Teams

1. Work closely with the credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
2. Provide feedback and updates on the sales pipeline and operational activities.

Customer Support

2. Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

SkillsFor Associate/ Sr. Associate Sales & Operations:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. 1-3 years of experience in sales (inbound and outbound) or operations in the financial services industry.
3. Familiarity with KYC and loan disbursal processes is a plus.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
